Each reading
offered in the GARP Digital Library
(GDL) has been reviewed and selected
by the GDL Editorial Board. A potential
GDL reading can be a textbook chapter,
journal article, research report
or similar material and can be suggested
by anyone (click
here to suggest a reading).
Each reading is assigned to at least
two Editorial Board members for
review and must meet the following
criteria to be accepted for inclusion
in the GDL:

The reading is well-written
with timely and relevant content
-
The reading provides highly
effective educational or valuable
informational content to a particular
audience of readers interested
in risk management, from the
non-technical beginner to the
highly quantitative, experienced
researcher

The reading provides consistent
presentation of technical material

The reading is focused on at
least one of the following categories:

The quantification and/or
management of risk
-
Concepts and tools considered
requisite knowledge for
risk management
-
New and existing problem
domains for risk management
-
New approaches to risk management
problems
-
Historical analyses and
overviews of important risk
management successes and
failures
